🚧 Lago Zancudo Border Checkpoint
Lago Zancudo Border Checkpoint is a vanilla-style mapping designed to blend naturally into the GTA V world.
The mapping uses existing GTA V assets and creates a realistic border control checkpoint near Lago Zancudo to enhance immersion and roleplay possibilities.
This mapping is compatible with FiveM and Singleplayer and includes all required files for both platforms.
The mapping is lightweight and performance-friendly, making it suitable for both servers and singleplayer gameplay.
Lago Zancudo Border Checkpoint features a detailed border inspection area where vehicles and occupants can be stopped, checked and processed before being allowed to pass.
It includes:
• A realistic checkpoint layout
• Inspection and waiting areas for stopped vehicles
• Road barriers and control points
• A natural integration into the Lago Zancudo environment
This mapping is fully compatible with:
• Lago Zancudo Vegetation
Lago Zancudo Border Checkpoint is FiveM ready and consists of multiple .ymap files and its corresponding _manifest.ymf.
Additional props and map elements are included for a complete checkpoint scene.
For Singleplayer, the corresponding map files (.ymap) for Map Builder are included and can be installed via the custom_maps setup.
This mapping is not an MLO.
It is a CodeWalker-based mapping using standard GTA V map files.
🔧 Installation
FiveM:
Place the resource folder into your server’s resources directory
Add ensure lago_zancudo_border to your server.cfg
Restart the server or start the resource manually

- Add if missing: <Item>dlcpacks:/custom_maps/</Item>
- Start GTA V – the mapping will now load in Singleplayer
