A house in the catfish-bay, near the lighthouse- with complete interiour.
As a remote hideout or weekend residence.
Will not work with enhanced or mp-maps.
UPDATE ON INSTALL FOR SINGLEPLAYER v2:
To fix if NPCs are still spawning, add it at the first line in your dlclist.xml (not last)
If there are still issues with doors, I'm gonna make a version with vanilla-doors.
Update 2.1: Fixed bed clipping through walls

@Los01gaming Are you playing a single player?
By any chance you installed another viewhouse file?
Open Open IV and search (top-right) viewhouse.rpf if there's any other file (same rpf file can cause this problem, this is how it fixed o'neil ranch no floor collision after installing farmhouse)
If you know how to use DLC Creator just create one and drag the files (viewhouse) into the DLC you created.
I installed the latest version and it still works
@smeggo How did you fix the issue where the furniture had a black texture during the daytime? Was it related to the lighting?
The old version had black textures in daylight, but the latest version looks much better.
@Harry3711 Nevermind I fix it was on my end of a mod I had in my game not compatible with this house
@Los01gaming Okay, good thing you found the reason.
@Harry3711 Yes, some prop-textures were behaving strange at day. Now the lights are always turned on and so the props are never dark.
@Los01gaming What mod was interfering, please? I wanna see if I can optimize something
@smeggo Oh thanks, can you tell me how tweak that? i have other interiors and some of the props have dark texture.
Your mods are simple yet superior. I'm not a fan of YMAP/MENYOO.
@Harry3711 Thankyou. Either you import these props in blender and change the vertex-colors, or you put light-props near them.
@smeggo I had mp maps installed and when I removed that I stop falling thur the map but with mp maps.dll installed it will make you fall Thur the map when you get close to the house

How hard is it to cut out doors and windows for collision and occlusion?

It's a lovely house, so I'd like to use it, but for some reason, DoorsCreator won't recognize the doors in this MLO.
@evolchronicle I have added a version without custom doors, please try that
@smeggo DoorsCreator can recognize custom doors.
For some reason, it can't recognize the front and back doors in this MLO.

I recorded a video. In the latter half of the video, I’m testing the script’s proper functionality on a different MLO door. I’ve already confirmed that it works correctly even with this special custom door.
