Ok I found out what could be the cause of the problem.
I your car has any upgrade which are not available in the mod, this will result in a glitch.
I noticed that when you get back the tailgater after michael son's took it, it was updgraded.
I removed the visual upgrades, and it's seems to go fine.
But still, the glitch in the Yoga mission was well before the car was upgraded.
So be aware of that if you want to replace Michael car with this one.
As I have found that another mission in story mod couldn't be done with this car as a replacement for Michael's, I decided to delete it and try another one.
And guess what, same problem : car is missing wheel just like this mod.
So, it's not this car that is glitched but more probably the fact that something is wrong when you try to replace the character car.
Unfortunately,there is some errors in your readme and files for replace.
1st, as you said in the comments, in the hangling.meta we have to search for "TAILGATE" and not "TAILGATER"
But your replace file for the handling use the name "TAILGATER" instead of TAILGATE, wich made my game crash at start.
So I manage to make it work.. almost.
Some windows out of place, the car is surelevated in cut scenes, but worse, it prevent to finish "Did Someone Say Yoga" to be completed as Michael never pass out.
