@sjaak327 found it, the problem was indeed on my end, i fucked up something in my mods folder, now its all good, Thanks for the quick reply !
Everything works like a charm, exept i cant spawn dlc cars and i cant spawn addons cars, its says invalid model , the base game cars i can tho. Any idea what could be the problem? (my game is on steam and updated to the last version)
