-Added vehicles and police barriers.
-Now it's an .xml! Drop in autoloadmaps folders if you want to check out that crime scene every time you drive on the Pacific Coast highway.
Done with Guadmaz's Map Editor

Update V1.1 underway with vehicles and police barriers. Can't figure how to spawn NPCs yet so that's coming on the final version.
