I've noticed that buildings lack some form of population on the roof, so i've made a populated terrace bar up on Del Perro Heights apartment.
Install: just dump the .xml in the root directory and in the map editor type "delperroterrace"
Feel free to drop feedback if you want something to be added/changed.

-Removed the silly light posts and replaced them with smaller lights
-Added blue lights for that club feeling
-Added random lights that don't work but somehow glow
-Moved the musician NPC's

Ive been messing around with the map editor here and there so i'm wondering. How did you get pedestrians to sit in chairs and play instruments??
@bizzlezx10r some chairs have some kinda script that randomly lets NPC's to spawn, same with benches. As for instruments, when you spawn a NPC you can give him a action to do, in this case i selected Musician
