This is just an approximate view of the apartment, it is very different from the original in the game. I build and used this map in my last machinima.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1: You need menyoo, script hook v, ymap-converter

2: Place XML files from folder "menyoo" to \Grand Theft Auto V\menyooStuff\Spooner
3: Place "Connor - hostage without floor.ymap.xml" in mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\custom_maps\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\_citye\maps\custom_maps.rpf
4: In game load in menyoo spooner "Only floor in hostage apartment.xml"
If you want you can load also peds.
