FiB Headquarters Fire With Real Smoke and Flames

An another of my scenario , this time is a disaster that took place in FiB HQ in LS Downtown.The map includes real smoke and flames that coming out from the windows.PLEASE NOTE that there are no vehicles/peds included in this map it is the FIRE in the building only!However feel free to modified the way you like it but do not re-upload it here.
To use you will need MAP EDITOR(I have updated object list so if anyone experience any problems with spawning please let me know)
Unpack the .rar file into your GTA5 folder
When in the game open ME and select Load Map
Type in : fib
Enjoy and Rescue :)

@Jake_GG Unfortunately not possible ... don`t know whether is due to low memory of my pc or the editor itself...as I added more the other stopped working so there is your explanation ... thanks for comment anyway!

@stripemcr This is a cool idea for a little 911 mod. But why is the smoke white? It should be combined with grey, black and such. Also, why no static version?
@MrGTAmodsgerman I will look deeper in it if I see there is more interest from the people...But as I explained the flames are limited on spawning but I could increase the amount of smoke.Well If you put NIGHT TIME on you will get dark smoke :D
@stripemcr I am pretty sure that there is a dark smoke prop in the game. Look at some industrial props

this works for some good scenarios. but damn. i can see shades of 9/11 too. this is well done.
