I bring to your attention Franklin Car Repair. It's made specifically for my series The real life of Franklin on my YouTube channel. Auto service is the business of Franklin in which he repairs and does the tuning of cars. On this location there is a fully made room, in which there is an office and a living area. Also on the territory there are three guards and an automatic gate. This building can be used for both game and zombie apocalypse. More you can see in the video, which is added together with screenshots.
To install this type you will need:
ScriptHook

ScriptHookV.NET
NativeUI
UnlockAllObjects (not necessary)
Object list 10k (very must)
Open IV (not necessary)
MapEditor 2.13 (very must)
Instructions:
Download and open the file. Move the file to the root folder "FranklinService" games GTA 5. After entering the game, press F7 and select the "download", then choose "XML","search" ,and enter the name of the map - FranklinService . After loading the map, go to the lake. (shown in the screenshot).
