I didn't add too many peds because it can cause lagging, so if you want you can modify, I think there are enough to have fun.
To install this mod first download Map Editor latest version here:

Extract my xml script ( pres.xml ) to GTA V root or into "AutoloadMaps" folder inside "Script" folder.

wow, this mod is about as good and as funny as cancer. weird. and as far as American law goes, making threats against the POTUS, in any way shape or form can get you in a lot of hot water.

i do not know what is causing so many people to crash, i recently built a new pc and this mod runs fine, it did crash when i used to play on my lenovo y510p laptop when i just started shooting at people. I did manage to get it working a few times on my laptop though, but it runs hella smooth on my new pc.
