There is a project to build Tug Warships.You have to stop them
or you can support the warship building.

Required: Map Editor By GUADMAZ

installation: Place Port.xml into your GTA V folder.Ingame press F7 to open main menu,
then select load map,type "Port" wait the loading... and enjoy :3
