This mod adds a new populated island with roads, buildings and a dock near San Andreas.
I'm open to your suggestions. Leave a comment about this map and a like if you want to support my work. I hope you'll enjoy it!
If you want to use one of the boats from the dock you'll need to right click on the boat you want, while you are on spooner mode, and deselect "Frozen in place".

Drag the ISLAND.xml to GTA 5 > menyooStuff > Spooner
