Go to "Grand Theft Auto V/menyoo/Spooner". Drag "Safer Highway in Paleto Bay.xml" into the Spooner folder.

Known Bugs:
- Traffic may turn into one of the barriers if they're trying to get on a backroad at an intersection. (working on fixing it)
Features:
- Barriers dividing highway.
- Turnouts for water drain access.
- Road signs to help navigate.
- Turnaround spots for emergency vehicles.
- Places for cops to run radar in the median.
Updates in v1.5:
- More fitting, realistic street lamps that match the theme on Route 1.
- Updated some barriers that deleted themselves.

The streetlights look out of place ngl, id recommend using prop_streetlight_04 or prop_streetlight_03d
I recommend learning how to use CodeWalker to place props and load them via YMAP instead of XML
