so here is a previous iteration of the sheriff garage for the sandy shores sheriff station. Why you would use this one over the successor I do not know but certainly you can. you use the menyoo trainer to spawn it in. the car in the garage is a vapid sheriff cruiser or you can use the file sandypolicenocar for no vapid sheriff cruiser i replaced the vapid sheriff cruiser files in gta 5 so that,s why theres a modded police car in the garage on my screenshots. the garage was built to fit in sandy shores.
its by no means fancy but neither is sandy shores which is located in the countryside of gta 5. the garage can store 1 car or if you use the sandypolicenocar file 2 cars.
might work with lspdfr not sure.

And no, I'm not saying Gta is anywhere near accurate to real life, HOWEVER the devs of gta wouldn't be dumb enough to make a building where the roof is 100x heavier than the walls. They're paperthin and the roof would crush the walls along with anything parked in this so called "garage"
