Remake of an original MLO with optimised interior, additional custom objects, and textures. For advanced users.
Small tuner garage located in Elysian Island, next to the Jetsam offices, for all your local tuner needs. Born out of necessity, the garage is remote enough from the bustle of the city centre to do rowdy tests in a discrete industrial setting with extremely low traffic volumes.
The design is highly inspired by small private JDM garages where space is precious. Everything is packed with tools, gear, parts and a small space for relaxing while admiring your hard work. The garage will fit four cars comfortably, but a skilled driver/mechanic will be able to squeeze in seven or eight! There is a small office room to discuss vehicular matters, as well as a small bedroom for those other needs (User discretion is advised, contains vanilla adult themed assets. GTA is a mature rated game).

Installation
Single player:
- Download corresponding SP pack and drop the RPF in your mods folder:
".../mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/[mod name]/dlc.rpf"
- The entry is added to dlclist.xml. The exact location Can be found through OpenIV: ".../mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml". This entry looks like dlcpacks:/[mod name]/
If you don't have a mods folder, have OpenIV create one. For a regular modder, this should be easy fair.
NOTE FOR SP USERS: Use as little scripts as possible for this interior to work properly. Install as a regular DLC package.
If you find scripts that conflict, let me know and I'll add them to a list.
FiveM:
- Download corresponding FiveM pack and stream as a regular pack. No extra requirements needed.
Note for FiveM users: server use is allowed, credit and link to the original mod needs to be provided on your server/platform. No support will be given. If you know how to run a server, you know how to solve your problems.

Can you customize car inside it?
@hiddenmask58 it is an interior only. You'd have to add an LSC or Benny's script yourself.

@MrAkiva highly unlikely. Making maps for GTA is stressful, let alone making them work in SP.

@MrAkiva well naturally you are able to make it work with FiveM. I've provided a FiveM version for it... This is also not a place for casual chatting.

@ToniBabelony Hi there. I see you say you updated it to fix the issue where the doors and interior were invisible. But mine still are. MPMaps needs to be enabled for other MLOs, this MLO isn't loading in properly. It's a FiveM server, and I even tried downloading your SP version and unpacking the 21 files from the .dlc and overwriting the same 21 files in the stream folder. It does the same thing. Shell of the building loads in without doors/interior. Any ideas?

@ToniBabelony Ah. Disregard my last comment. I restarted the server but not my game. After restarting my game, the garage is working as intended. Overwriting the 21 files with the new version from dlc fixed it :)
@A-Shrouded-Figure yeah, if it's a FiveM problem, it's usually a you/sever manager problem. Not this MLO's problem.
@ToniBabelony Actually, interestingly, there's been a further development. It still is happening. So if I restart the server while FiveM is open, then just rejoin the server without completely closing FiveM and restarting the app, it has the same problem with invisible doors and interiors. I have to completely restart my game after every server restart then it works.
It's optimised for SP, not FiveM. A FiveM source is just included because people would be crying about it. How you make it work in a server is up to you. It doesn't take into account how your server or your client is ran.
