To bring wipers to cars in GTA V, you need the Windscreen Wipers and Project: Wipers for Original Vehicles
Instructions :
- Drag and drop file in to mods > x64 > audio > sfx > RESIDENT.rpf

This seems to also add a very loud shifting sound to vehicles... exactly which sound inside the AWC is responsible for the wipers?
