Launch OpenIV and go to your GTA V folder and go to x64/audio/sfx/PROLOGUE.rpf. Find the td_loading_music.awc file and replace it with the provided one and you should be good!

amazing. do you think you could clean up the audio a bit though. it seems a bit choppier i guess. besides that great idea.
