Replaces the default loading screens
HOW TO INSTALL: USE .OIV INSTALLER!

Launch OpenIV, navigate to /Grand Theft Auto V/MODS/update/update.rpf/x64/data/cdimages
drop in/replace "Scaleform_platform_pc.rpf" with the downloaded one
(OPTIONAL) INTRO MUSIC:
Launch OpenIV, navigate to /Grand Theft Auto V/MODS/x64/audio/sfx/, turn on Edit Mode, drop in/replace "td_loading_music.awc" with "td_loading_music.oac"
