This mod replaces the snow with dollar signs
instructions:
1. Open open-iv and go to (common.rpf / data / levels / gta5 / weather)
2. Go into Edit Mode
2. Un-zip the downloaded file
3. Click on the green plus icon, navigate to the un-zipped file and copy files in the weather folder
4. Go to (x64a.rpf / textures)
5. Click on the green plus icon, navigate to the un-zipped file and copy the fxweather.ytd file
note:
recommended to get a trainer to change the weather as gta doesn't have snow in it's weather timecycle
