Install.
1. Back up all files that are being swapped.
2. Make sure you have OpenIV installed and then open it.
4. Enable edit mode.
5. Use the folders as a guide for the install path and replace the files.
Released this as I wont have much time to work on it for a while, still quite a bit left to do so be sure to look out for updates.

an external link?
That's nice. Good work. ^^
Hey man, could you tell me how you got the billboards to be high resolution? I'm trying to make a few custom billboards but they are very low res in-game. Can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.
Nice mod by the way.
Haha thats awesome man! love the john key billboard too
@Chigurh33 I doubled the resolution on some of the billboards that were low res. Also, make sure the original image is the same resolution as the billboard or bigger. Having good looking lods is a bit more complicated, try to downsize the original image and still have good quality without changing the res. You can change the res of lods but I'm not sure how it would impact lower tier PC's.
Make sure your image files are .dds before you import them, you can convert them with Photoshop if you have the plugin or paint.net, Hope that helped
very good, but new Zealand in LA?
@GanjaHouse Thanks. Yeah, maybe I should have modded Lord Of the Rings :)
@NiZ I mean go and real stores in the area
love it
we need to bring the nz police force mod over from gta san andreas i got the files just need zmodeler and figure out how to work it out ,and working on converting the nissan cefiro a31 mod from san andreas at the moment
How much of a resource hit should these cause if any? Reason I ask is after installing, if I go to an area in game with quite a few of the changes (billboards etc...), then my game slows or crashes. Not running a super fast PC but it get's me by till I can upgrade.
5 stars though as they look good in game.
can you do the police stations all of them to nz police
Do you have a video anywhere showing how to install?
Wow this amazing !!!, its made playing this game so much more immersive :) appreciate your work !
