No Glitched Cars In Traffic / Disable Convertible Car Function

Ever see peds driving around in cars that look like the above picture. This is a known bug that happens when you replace non-convertible car mods with stock GTA convertible vehicles. This mod completely disables convertible functions in-game. I don't know why no one has released this yet. If it is, I couldn't find it.
This mod also goes good with Unmodifiedimicated Traffic by 5m0k3y which stops peds from spawning in traffic with tuned parts.
Install:
1. Extract files from archive
2. Use OpenIV to Copy/Replace vehicles.meta in BOTH LOCATIONS:
Grand Theft Auto V/mods/common.rpf/data/levels/gta5
AND
Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5

This is caused by bad made mods. Missing AE flag...
Simply don't install bad mods and you don't have the problem.
This is a brilliant mod since a lot of the modded cars that you put into the game will have GTA 5 randomize the customizations on them.
do u have real cars in traffic?
well replacing cars that spawn in traffic is dangerous anyway cause most car mods that replace cars aren't built with LODs like the car its replacing so it eats up your gpu memory and causes lag issues if you don't have a high performance - enthusiast gpu

@MrGTAmodsgerman it's not causing by bad mods but bad or not right used meta files. Convertible roof is in vehicles.meta so just turn it off if you replace car with one that have no converitble animated roof. And @Arid the fact which car use which customizations is wrote in carvariations.meta and carvariations.ymt so if you repalce model which have customizations with model which don't have customizations, just edit it in these files to use 0_default kits.

@ArmaniAdnr Wrong made meta files stands also for a bad mod. But its caused by the user if he try to replace a car which the mod itself wasn't planned for. So at that point i can agree.
@MrGTAmodsgerman that's right, can be also mod creator fault but I think more time it's mods user fault
@MrGTAmodsgerman ohh wait, maybe and I hope I missed this, AE flag on a moving part?
@MrGTAmodsgerman coz I was using it to roll down Windows, I had it set in vehicles.meta and it would randomly work 100% correctly and on different game start it would move different parts of the vehicle, bumpers doors hoods exedra
@tall70 Oh i've got the same idea with roll down windows. Have you made fake roof dummys for doing this?

It CAN if you have VRAM lower than 4 GB (that will mean game memory crashes and LODs issue). If you have 3 GB of replaced cars atleast you're fine.
@MrGTAmodsgerman Yes I believe I left them there, the biggest trick doing it was adjusting angles for door window dummies to match different vehicle so glass would not clip through door inside or outside. I have it on my short granger, but I had to disable in meta by removing the convertible settings lines, because of the random other parts spinning bug.
Are you saying the buck is fixed by adding AE somewhere i guess in door window dummies?

@tall70 Well on the screenshot here, i see a spinning chassis part. So thought it would be the typical noobish mistake caused by missing AE flag on chassis or what ever. AE flag needs to be at the parts set, where R* also set the flag on they vehicle models. So to your question. I would try it. Otherwise instead of making fake convertible meshes part to dummy, i would try to make a invisible mesh out of it, somehow. So the game will still act like on normal convertible cars. Thanks for the video, that shows me how my idea would look. It would be nice to see the bad side of it fixed.
@MrGTAmodsgerman Got you, I used to have to do that in 3ds Max for peds for gta4, I just left one untextured triangle, I believe the flags are there, because I'm sure I just copied all the dummies from another convertible car... I want to make it fully functional, so I'll try
@Lil Slim C I had a doubt for which i asked a few but never got an answer for. What happens if we replace all the cars in the game? I mean not all but majority of them. I wanted to replace all the vanilla cars with their real life counter parts. Will that lead to crashes?
@FighterPilot You may expect a small performance loss.
If you do it right, and, like i mean if you replace a auto roof car with one without roof, and if you remove its roof in the settings it will work. And remove tuning from traffic.

Yea, that's my intention.. I used your's disable auto roof mod & unmodifiedimicated traffic mods and tried. I had no issues. But does changing vehicle mods of the game characters result in crashing? Cause i replaced the sentinel (Tracey's car) and not sure if that was the reason or not when i was just driving thru maze tower the game crashed.
I actually got this doubt in general because of your previous comment here mentioning about VRAM and that the replaced cars size going over 3GB will crash? I didn't get that..
