This will make your enemy writhe in pain for several seconds if you hit them with certain damage. Enough to buy time for escape, especially useful for evading cops.
How It works:
There is 8 variations of combat@damage@... in vanilla so we cant predict what enemy moves when hit. They may go down, or still rushing in 8 different ways. i simply make them all 8 animations to play 1 animation so we not forced to kill for "easy" solution.
In video 0.09 - 0.12 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=txCPe95v-dM&feature=youtu.be&t=9 you can see transition when the cop try to get up but then forced down again. That only visible rarely and when i zoom in closeup, dont look that obvious in normal gameplay.
They still can shoot in writhe position but way less accurate, and mostly using hand gun (in rare occasion Swat use Rifle or SMG while bleedout).
Shoot them leg watch them fall down and flee. Then pretend you`re not a mass murdering maniac. :)

activate edit mode, open x64c.rpf \ anim \ ingame \ clip_combat@.rpf - copy the files - rebuild. DONE

I love the idea of the mod but thing is after I shoot them and wait for few seconds, they act like they're frightened. Am I the only one who have cops that acts really strangely?
@marcco954 I see their behavior change too. Like when they see their partners down they try to drag their partners off the field, covering and seems not rushing too much anymore. Maybe use other mod that increase spawn like cop street or cop world or mod that spawn marines if this mod makes the game too easy for you.
@robiehn hey i installed this and now i cant pull out my weapon and i cant enter cars. And my character can crouch now????

@robiehn yea i found that out i removed this mod and its still there. Sorry. But do u have a idea what i could've done wrong to have my character not able to enter cars or pull out weapon? Thanks

does my previous mod get disabled after i replaced your files into my location files that has same files name?

1. Go to edit mode and find all files like this
combat@damage@...../rpf
IN x64c.rpf \ anim \ ingame \ clip_combat@.rpf
2. Extract to any folder
3. Delete all except combat@damage@writhe.ycd
4. Make 7 copy of combat@damage@writhe.ycd
5. Rename the 7 copy with exact name that match the file that you deleted in step 2
6. Done, insert/copy it back with OpenIV
