Better Police Searches Mod
CONTENT
This mod will make the Police and Crime responses more organic immersive and realistic!*
Crime detection and reporting more realistic.
It will change the distance certain crimes can be heard, whom can report it, and how serious they are. An downed Plane will now always give you wanted stars, while a kill with a silent weapon might leave you without a wanted level.
Police response less pin - point accurate. They will search in a wider radius, try to search more at your last known location rather than right in front of you, and will spawn some higher distance away.

INSTALLATION
A) Automatic Installation
-> Open OpenIV & Enable "Edit mode" (F6)
-> Navigate to "Tools" -> "Package Installer"
-> Select the installer folder, then select "PSB_INSTALLER.oiv"
-> Follow the installation process, a mods folder is recommended
-
B) Manual Installation
-> Open OpenIV & Enable "Edit mode" (F6)
-> Create or use a mods folder.
-> 1. Navigate to update/update.rpf/common/data/ai and add/replace:
-> crimeinformation.meta
2. Navigate to update/update.rpf/x64/data/tune and add/replace
-> dispatchtuning.ymt
-> wantedtuning.ymt
Backup:
-> replace the crimeinformatoin, dispatchtuning and wantedtuning with the ones from the backup folder;
Crimeinformation into: update/update.rpf/common/data/ai
Dispatchtuning, Wantedtuning: update/update.rpf/x64/data/tune
-> OR use the PBUninstaller.oiv to uninstall it via OpenIV.
