1. The Mask (Jim Carey) mod by "bugskully": https://www.gta5-mods.com/player/the-mask-jim-carrey-1994-add-on-ped-bugskully
(installation available on their page or in their "ReadMe".)
(Suggested to install the 'addonped' of The Mask)
2. Addonpeds by Method: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/addonpeds-asi-pedselector
(installation available on their page or in their "ReadMe".)
3. Voice Player mod by "stillhere": https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/voice-player
(installation available on their page or in their "ReadMe".)
4. Also the latest Scripthookv, ScripthookvDotNet, and NativeUI.
Installation for my files:
Go to (Scripts/VoicePlayer), and add my "The Mask 1994" folder. Done!
When in game, use addonpeds menu to spawn The mask,
press "E" (keyboard) or "Right D-pad" (Controller) to Talk.

I followed the directions and using the The Mask (Jim Carey) mod - everything works fine except he never says anything. I pressed E several times. Is there some other setting to get peds to talk?
@johnmac328 Hey! You can change the talk button inside the .ini file for voice player!
The point is it does not work no matter what talk button I press.
