1. Download and install Airbus A319-111 (Sharklets) [Add-On] by SkylineGTRFreak
https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/airbus-a319-111-sharklets-add-on
2. Open update\x64\dlcpacks\a319\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\a319.rpf\a319.ytd with OpenIV in >Edit Mode< and replace any a319_sign_... with the drukair.dds in this mod.
3. Start GTA V and spawn by name: a319
