GTA V > mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > [dlc containing your q400] > dlc.rpf > x64 > levels > gta 5 > vehicles > vehicles.rpf
2. Replace the "sign" textures in the appropriate .YTD with the liveries you want to use
or import them and name them appopriately, then save them.
