Installation Guide:
(GTAV\update\x64\patchday11ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5).
Find whatever vehicle your looking for and click ytd. I personally use fbi.ytd but you can use whichever one you like. Look for vicz_sign_1 and click replace. Once you did that exit and save then your texture is in the game!

The fonts are wrong. And with the flags, the stars should be facing forward on both sides. The plates aren't police plates either.
The livery may have a few issues but at least he linked the best CVPI one can get. Bxbugs123's law enforcement vehicles are absolutely top-notch models. You couldn't ask for a better, more genuine CVPI than this one. There are some really great Crown Vic's out there but IMHO Bxbugs123 models the absolute best police cars out there.
