Digital License Plates
Actually I made this mod for myself, because I'm not sure if this mod will be good for all of you, but I still want to share it.

Important!!!
If you want to install this mod all license plates font will be flat, because this is a Digital License Plates so it doesn't need 3D font, and make sure you backup your vehshare.ytd file first.
Installation
-Use OpenIV
-Replace file in Data folder to
GTA V\mods\update\update.rpf\x64\data\
-Easy way (use if you don't have a mod on vehshare.ytd) just replace file vehshare.ytd to
GTA V\mods\x64e.rpf \level\gta5\vehicle.rpf\
-Custom way (use if you have a mod on vehshare.ytd) import/replace all files in Vehshare folder to
GTA V\mods\x64e.rpf \level\gta5\vehicle.rpf\vehshare.ytd

-Add 2 Digital License Plates black and white with black bezel.

-Add 4 more California License Plates with stickers valid for 2019 and 2020

This is cool, do they glow in the dark or can be seen at night?
@Jeff0 Would all like a plaque that's lit up in the night because it's so beautiful :)
@Mystrix @OdinPagan sorry, I don't think I can do that, because GTA 5 doesn't support glowing license plate. but maybe there's a modder out there who wants to develop a glowing license plate i'm so glad with that.
glowing in dark? hmm In moddeling you can do it, but on 3d car model, separately not.

is there a way i can make all license plates be the Digital License Plate. and do so the text looks the same as the white one? ive tried to just but the plate02 file in the other spots in the vehshare file. but the text is blue if i do it that way
@TheBlackGamer4Real you can change the color in the file carcols.ymt then edit <FontColorvalue="here"> then add this for white 0xFFFFFFFF and this for black 0xFF000000 then save

@Jeff0 This is sick asf. Ironically the first time I saw one of these plates IRL was on a Tesla Model S and I fell in techno-lust, it was on New Years Day 2020 here in Sactown. I know I was annoying the guy talking to him about it for so long, lol.
I am gonna guess you hail from Cali as well?
