1) Downlad the Car File(s):http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/17911-los-santos-police-department-mega-pack-els/
2) Find the designated .ytd file from each vehicle in the texture dictionary.
3) Double click to open, make sure edit mode is on, then scroll 'till you find "(car)_sign_xx"
4) Press "replace" at the top left of the screen and find the location where you put the download
5) Drool over how sexy the liveries are.
