this is my 1st skin

(HOW TO INSTALL)
download the car pack in read me unzip it and go toGTAV/Mods/X64e/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
from there open the ytd file and remove the other skins there then add TahoePPV_sign_1
in to the ytd file then cilck save then your done

i will have more medic and fire skins coming soon
