Go to Update, x64, Dlcpacks, Patchday3, Dlc.rpf, x64, Levels, GtaV, Vehicles.rpf.
Locate and open Police2.ytd and Police2+hi.ytd
Insert the file in the folder.
Save and exit.
Version

Changed roof color to tan
Changed license plate to the one the FHP uses
Moved the FHP seal on the trunk to be centered
Credits.

For some reason this skin doesn't line up at all for me.
I downloaded the car you recommended. I made this it's primary skin, and made a Jacksonville Sheriff skin as a second skin. Do you think the second skin is the problem? My secon skin displays properly, but this one does not.
I hate to double post, but I don't see the edit button. I figured out. Thanks!
