Various Israeli paint for the F-16A in the WarpackUSA pack, including "USAF" paint from the movie "Iron Eagle".

Once installed with their instructions, open the dlc.rpf with OpenIV
Follow this path to the file to overwrite:
...\GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\warpackusa\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\vehicles.rpf\f16aff.ytd and
If you wish to retain the original livery, while in OpenIV, extract the file f16aff.ytd. I typically extract the original .ytd to the same folder as the dlc.rpf and rename it to origf16aff.ytd.
When ready to overwrite with one of the included liveries, toggle "Edit mode", top right button, and drag the desired .ytd file from the extracted zip file and drop here:
...\GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\warpackusa\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\vehicles.rpf\f16aff.ytd and
Just to confirm the livery, I'd click on the f16aff.yft or f16aff_hi.yft file to open the OpenIV Model Viewer to see what the model will look like with the new livery.
Please note, the standard lower wing paint in the .ytd file have a Star of David roundel. If you wish to use the "Iron Eagle" upper and lower, open f16aff.ytd and rename F-16C_3_T to F-16C_3_TIsrael, then rename F-16C_3_TUSAFIronEagle to F-16C_3_T.
Once satisfied, close the model viewer and run GTAV and spawn f16aff with the trainer of your choice.
I've included a sample work file in case you'd like to use it as a starting point for your own paint.
Enjoy,
Gillman
