The following contains two liveries depicting a pair of Mi-17s operated by a company named Red Air Helicopters LLC, noted in 2010; N214XX, and N215XX. Red Air Helicopters LLC, and its sister company Red Air Transport LLC, are largely shrouded in mystery. They first came to the attention of myself and many other OSINT and aviation enthusiasts during the 2021 Kabul Evacuation, wherein N243XX, an Mi-17 registered to Red Air Transport, was making runs between the Kabul International Airport and a CIA Black Site designated as "Cobalt", more widely known as the Salt Pit.
Red Air flies out of a small field in Florida named Reynolds Airpark, and I have speculated that they are a front company for Pegasus Technology to operate these rare Russian helicopters on contract for the DoD and other Government agencies for Dissimilar Air Combat Training, on top of the more covert missions they seemed to perform in Afghanistan. Very few pictures of Red Air Hips are out there, despite the fact that they seem to get around all over the States. Any intel you might have on Red Air Helicopters, Vertol Systems Co or other US-operated Hips in general would be greatly appreciated.
INSTALLATION
1. Upon deciding which liveries you would like to use on a model, navigate to your mi17v5.ytd;
GTA V > mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > [dlc containing your Mi-17] > dlc.rpf > x64 > levels > gta 5 > vehicles > vehicles.rpf
2. Replace the "_sign" textures in the appropriate .YTD with the liveries you want to use
or import them and name them appopriately, then save them.
