Drag & drop the "bnr34_livery_9.yft" file inside "bnr34_mods.rpf" located: bnr34/dlc.rpf/x64/vehiclemods/bnr34_mods.rpf
Replace "carcols.meta" in bnr34/dlc.rpf/data

Now you can apply the livery by going into Benny's or using a trainer (like Menyoo) that supports Benny's modifications.
