In case you don't want your Raiju with Marine logos, I created .ytd files with logos and fin flashes for various militaries, pictures included.
Logos for Brazil, Canada, Germany, IDF, JDF, Netherlands, Norway, PLAAF, Poland, RAAF, RAF, Russia, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, USAF, US Navy, USSR
Because the low-viz roundels are just different shades of gray, I included 2 circle and 3 circle versions with vertical and horizontal fin flashes, for example Belgium would be a 3 circle roundel with the horizontal fin flash.
The raiju files to replace are here:
...\GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mp2023_01\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\mp2023_01.rpf\
Toggle "Edit mode", top right button, then
Copy the raiju and raiju+hi files from the extract and overwrite those same files in the MP2023_01 dlc file.
To select a starting point for your paint, edit the raiju.ytd file and rename the raiju_decals file to raiju_decalsOrig. Then select the decals you want, for example raiju_decalsUSAF and rename it to raiju_decals, then save the file. Do the same for raiju+hi.ytd.
Just to confirm the livery, I'd click on the raiju.yft and the raiju+hi.yft to open the OpenIV Model Viewer to see what the model will look like with the new decals.
Because of the nature of this in game vehicle, I can't really supply any camoflauges. You'll have to use your trainer of choice to select primary (upper) and secondary (lower) paint and Benny's for any livery choices.
Play around until you find a combination that suits your needs.
Enjoy,
Gillman

Could you make Russian skins for American vehicles as an add-on or for the base game?
