Official Georgia License Plates v1.0

This mod adds realistic and accurate Georgia License Plates to your Grand Theft Auto V game and FiveM if needed. All of the License Plates in this pack were created from multiple hours of research and made from near-scratch on my own time. Heavily inspired by and currently in use on a Georgia themed RP server I develop for via FiveM but I decided to release it publicly for further enjoyment and use for everyone!
All License Plates are High Resolution with Normal Maps and are as follows:
• North Carolina 'First in Flight' plate.
(Requested by a few friends of mine to replace North Yankton's plate/Out of State plate, you know who you are!)
• Main and mostly known multi-colored 'Peach State' Georgia License Plate that is currently in use on almost 95% or more of all vehicles in the State of Georgia.
• A County Sheriff Georgia plate currently in use by actual Sheriff around the state.
• A Georgia State Patrol plate currently in use by actual GSP.
This is the newest one, does not include the ones with a black hue/fade.
• A white and alternative plate with a Peach in the middle with black text.
This is also an alternative plate that is obtainable in the state of Georgia via DMV.
• An old school 'Hobby' or 'Antique' Georgia plate for all the old-school car collectors out there.
Also provided is a custom-made Carcols.ymt for 100% accurate text color and placement for these license plates. (This is HIGHLY recommended to use! It won't look good without it!) This same file will also add better environmental emergency lighting for all my Police lovers!
Said environmental police lighting works best with VisualV & NVR!
You will need OpenIV to install this mod!
Installation directions are included in the Mod archive!

how to do I access them? I added everything but I cant seem to find them in game! checked Los Santos customs, and both mod menus. Any suggestions?
