Republic of Korea Air Force F-15K Slam Eagle
The F-15K Slam Eagle is a derivative of the F-15E Strike Eagle, built for South Korea.
Production was split 60/40 between the U.S and South Korea, but assembley was split 75/25.
A product of South Korea's F-X program in 2002, it was selected over the Dassault Rafale, the Eurofighter Typhoon and Sukhoi Su-35.
Two batches were delivered with the first starting in 2005, the second batch being ordered in 2008, and final deliveries occuring in April 2012.
Notable differences include F100-PW-229 (EEP) engines licence built by Samsung Techwin, compatibility with AGM-84H Harpoon Block II Anti Ship Missile, and air-launched cruise missiles in the AGM-84K SLAM-ER and KEPD 350.
It is expected to be in service until 2060.
Included are 4 skins, 2 number variations with clean and dirty versions.
