This is Blimp skin with Sri lankan Flag and Emblem of Sri Lanka. Basically designed for to celebrate the 68th Independence Day.

Installation:

1. Open OpenIV
2. Go to - x64e.rpf \ levels \ gta5 \ vehicles.rpf
3. Back up all files you will be replacing
4. Enable edit mode.
5. Replace blimp.ytd and blimp+hi.ytd
