First, you should install the model by r1-5-qwertyuiop.
(https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/toyota-prius-taxi-add-on-replace-wipers-template)
Then use OpenIV to copy "UV TEMP.dds" in "priustaxi.ytd" to replace another texture, don't forget to make a backup.
I add a no text version so you can paint any service area and registration number you like.
Run the game and spawn it, just have fun! ;)

@Takashi hiroki If you just drag the "UV TEMP_JapanPersonalTaxi.dds" into "priustaxi.ytd", it won't replace "UV TEMP.dds". You should rename it as "UV TEMP.dds" or find "UV TEMP.dds" then click the "replace" button to replace without renaming.
