Great mod, although I'm against eye and hair retextures, because they break the actual character of the game, you some good shit.
In further updates I'd like to see:
Less stretched supreme bogos (if possible)
Higher quality textures in general
"De Santa 69" in red, so it would match the Savage LV jersey
Try to change transparency/color of tattoos to make them look more faded
Or just change some of the tats in general. (Some don't fit imo)
This is good, but I don't see why you changed the color of the hair and eyes. I like it because it's different, but the tattoos could have been more realistic.

How to use this skin?
The clothes really fits Jimmy's personality but I don't like the eye and hair retexture but you did a splendid job with this
