Liara T'Soni model from Mass Effect 3.
To install the mod place all the files in this path:
mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/addonpeds/dlc.rpf/peds.rpf
(You'll need OpenIV for this.)
Then just add the model as a non-streamed ped using the AddonPeds Editor.exe that comes with the AddonPeds script, and rebuild everything.

@DefaultUser12 Nice to see you back. I still want to see you make Kasumi from DOA or Lili from Tekken at some. I don't have any money to throw your way, so don't feel pressured to do them right away. I just like that your the only one making interesting player mods. Better than all the police mods, superheros, and Franklin clothes.

Good to see someone finally did this. Only complaint is there's a camera issue in first person, but I'm thinking that might be because of how short Liara is compared to other peds
