Warning! You will need Open IV, EUP, 11john11's Premier.
This mod adds a very simple and basic Mirror Park Police paintjob for the Premier, as well as a badge for them. This mod does conflict with my davis police mod, so use this or the other.
(Premier)
Path for install: mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\lspdpremc\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gtav\vehicles\vehicles.rpf
Open the polpremc or the policek9 ytd and import my file. (It works with both)
(Badge)
Install path: Mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>eup>dlc.rpf>x64.eup_componentpeds.rpf>mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_january2016
Open up the hand_diff_000_b_uni ytd file and import my file. This will replace the second lspd badge texture, so if you want to keep that, consider renaming my file and importing it somewhere else.

While I like the fact you put some effort into the uniform retexturing, that livery is just.... Dear god. I'm sorry.
@Swed1431 There is not uniform texturing, just a badge. As for the livery, I feel it fits the feel of mirror park. But regardless, I thank you for your input.
