Menyoo- https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/menyoo-pc-sp

First ( if you havent already ) download and install and follow the directions for OpenIV and Menyoo


Open, OpenIV click Edit button press OK

go to

\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpimportexport/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/mpimportexport_male.rpf/mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_freemode_01

Select files and drag into OpenIV
