Followup to my mods, this pack includes the NPC characters!
Installation instructions are included in the pack, consists of mainly replacing existing peds with these modded ones. A basic rundown will be replacing cutscene models, in-game models, and a few of the patchday files too. All done in Open IV. You'll need that for this mod btw.

There are many ppl new to modding here who won't realize that your instructions for chef should be Mods\x64e.rpf\models\cdimages and not levels\models\cdimages which doesn't exist.

@Molot_Vepr_308 Not sure. It's not a big deal because if the user can't figure it out, maybe they shouldn't be installing mods in the first place - many are completely lost however.
