AmbulanceRide Immersive Medical Response & Transport
AmbulanceRide replaces GTA Vs instant respawn system with a cinematic medical response that treats injury as part of the experience.
When your character is downed, medics respond and stabilize you instead of the game immediately resetting your position. Youre assisted to your feet, escorted into an ambulance, and transported to a hospital in a controlled, immersive sequence.
The ride plays out using black-screen transitions rather than loading screens, preserving pacing without breaking immersion. When you regain control, youre delivered safely to a hospital not dropped on a roadside or snapped back into gameplay mid-animation.
AmbulanceRide turns failure into a believable consequence, adding weight and atmosphere without slowing the game down.

1. Locate your GTA V ROOT DIRECTORY.
(This is the folder containing GTA5 Enhanced.exe)
(usually @ C: Program Files (x86) Steam steamapps common Grand Theft Auto V Enhanced)
2. Copy the AmbulanceRide.dll into scripts folder:
Grand Theft Auto V Enhanced scripts
3. Ensure the following are installed:
- ScriptHookV
https://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/
- ScriptHookVDotNetEnhanced (should work with most shvdn 3)
https://github.com/Chiheb-Bacha/ScriptHookVDotNetEnhanced (this is the one i use)
4. Launch GTA V in Story Mode.

@BunnyGaming it should work on legacy if you use the scripthookv thats ment for your legacy version, and than use the scripthookvdotnet enhanced i linked in the discription as its supposed to work with both legacy and enhanced editions

@BunnyGaming okay the scripthookvdotnet i recommend works on both legacy and enhanced, backup your nightly version , drop in the version i recommend, if your other scripts and my script work banger, if your other scripts dont work, my apolgies and revert back to your nightly version but im pretty sure this version will run all your scripts and mine

@BunnyGaming well this is the ambulance ride script, this script only activates if your health hits a certain point when not wanted. the police ride script activates when you are wanted

tested and working, how about a version for npc's instead of player? dead npc get sent to the morgue instead of the hospital
