This mod is a continuation of Authors "5mith" original 'Six stars Army' mod, but with a vastly revamped & re-designed visual basic script structure.
Allowing for seemingly similar experience at first, but you'll soon be met with greater expanded scenario's & realistic Military responses, that makes it truly more engaging,
visually appealing & bringing fast paced action packed moments. This is designed to work really well with other general "Enhanced/Expanded Dispatch Mods", however there is one small caveat players need be aware of, Any Enhanced dispatch mods must not involve or be able to dispatch military units at 5 or a native/non-native 6 stars, as that would then raise the risk of potential conflicts between this mod & its integrated unit dispatches, otherwise it should perfectly well & recommended with other dispatches.
Overall this script spawns army vehicles & Ped's from there corresponding Federal & Military Agencies, when player has met a certain 'crime level' at predetermined value, after having reached 5 stars. Then a Non-native Gold/Yellow SixStars will appear, to indicate player has reached the highest threat level there is in Los Santos,
& therefore appropriate actions is taken by the aforementioned Agencies, against Player & any of their allies.
Users will be able to edit & configure most of the vehicles, Ped models, weapons, weapon components & frequency of dispatch, directly in the visual Basic script of the mod. Though it is advised to keep original backup copy, in case you make mistakes & want to revert back.
'Army At SixStars' comes in two versions:
Basic - For typical players which to drop file & play right out of the box, without any pre-requisits needed, relying solely on original vanilla game model vehicles & Peds.
Now it is to be noted, there will be some few features not added to basic version, so to keep it consistent with any Hardware use performance, i.e. low-end to medium end.
Ultimate - This version relies largely on DLC add-on models for its incredible range of diversity in Peds, vehicles & props lineup. Bringing user a modern type warfare scenario, with some of the latest military units out there, & action engagements responses.
Which even includes an open sea warfare with Battle-ships & Nuclear Subs!
A list for the tested & current use models is provided in the files, in order to properly experience the Ultimate edition for this script.
Though I will add to keep in mind, the list supplied is only a baseline to work with, & users are free to replace such units with their own models.
HOW TO INSTALL: Simply placed the "Army v2" folder for the basic version, directly into your script folder.
If you wish to use the Ultimate version, then placed the "Army v3" folder directly into your script folder, however please make sure the "Army v3" folder is the ONLY folder being placed in your games script folder, & not alongside the "Army v2" folder, likewise same situation when using only Basic version.

Allowing for seemingly similar experience at first, but you'll soon be met with greater expanded scenario's & realistic Military responses, that makes it truly more engaging,
visually appealing & bringing fast paced action packed moments. This is designed to work really well with other general "Enhanced/Expanded Dispatch Mods", however there is one small caveat players need be aware of, Any Enhanced dispatch mods must not involve or be able to dispatch military units at 5 or a native/non-native 6 stars, as that would then raise the risk of potential conflicts between this mod & its integrated unit dispatches, otherwise it should perfectly well & recommended with other dispatches.
Overall this script spawns army vehicles & Ped's from there corresponding Federal & Military Agencies, when player has met a certain 'crime level' at predetermined value, after having reached 5 stars. Then a Non-native Gold/Yellow SixStars will appear, to indicate player has reached the highest threat level there is in Los Santos,
& therefore appropriate actions is taken by the aforementioned Agencies, against Player & any of their allies.
Users will be able to edit & configure most of the vehicles, Ped models, weapons, weapon components & frequency of dispatch, directly in the visual Basic script of the mod. Though it is advised to keep original backup copy, in case you make mistakes & want to revert back.
'Army At SixStars' comes in two versions:
Basic - For typical players which to drop file & play right out of the box, without any pre-requisits needed, relying solely on original vanilla game model vehicles & Peds.
Now it is to be noted, there will be some few features not added to basic version, so to keep it consistent with any Hardware use performance, i.e. low-end to medium end.
Ultimate - This version relies largely on DLC add-on models for its incredible range of diversity in Peds, vehicles & props lineup. Bringing user a modern type warfare scenario, with some of the latest military units out there, & action engagements responses.
Which even includes an open sea warfare with Battle-ships & Nuclear Subs!
A list for the tested & current use models is provided in the files, in order to properly experience the Ultimate edition for this script.
Though I will add to keep in mind, the list supplied is only a baseline to work with, & users are free to replace such units with their own models.
HOW TO INSTALL: Simply placed the "Army v2" folder for the basic version, directly into your script folder.
If you wish to use the Ultimate version, then placed the "Army v3" folder directly into your script folder, however please make sure the "Army v3" folder is the ONLY folder being placed in your games script folder, & not alongside the "Army v2" folder, likewise same situation when using only Basic version.

Ok guys the latest update for the Army v2 & Army v3 is now completed. I've added a non-editable "Army v2.dll" mod version file, for those whose SHVDN is nightly based & unable to play using older SHVDN3. Though in my opinion, may want to consider GTA5 version downgrading if you want to enjoy the benefits of full mod customization.
The biggest update from this release will be introduction of 'Army Airborne Paratroopers' division, the very first of its kind for an SP mod, which I'm very much pleased at accomplishing, after many failed attempts in the past.
Anyone is offered to upload there gameplay videos here, that showcases these features. I will gladly check it & approve it.

I was referring to vehicles like Buzzard, Annihilator, Hunter, Savage and such. But that is not in the script lol 😂. Basically wanted to ask how do other scripters force AI to use vehicleweapon against player or other peds using scripting. I tried all natives but it doesn't work at all. I was successful in making peds rappel down, landing them and forcing heli to flee the scene but using its weapon seems impossible for me. Would you like to help me out with it?
@Midnight Gamer Oh you maybe referring to my other complementary mod called "AirForce Intercept When Wanted", which is the other supportive function for this Army mod Aerial offensive.
Usually when scripting for Peds using aerial vehicles, assigning there "ped.Task.Shootat(....., ..... , firepattern)" does the trick, although thats sometimes. The other half time you may need to use the vehicle.shootat() method, & very seldom times you may need to know the specific vehicleweapon Hash or even vehicle mod kit to employ certain weapon usage for that ped.
Also may I ask what Helicopter did you use for enabling 'Rappeling' task?, because for me, the only Heli I know I could be successful is the maverick, & everything else tends to fail to produce desired results.
I think I've tried Task.ShootAt() but didn't work. And Yep I know some vehicles let you use itd weapon when it's modded (applied modkits) like the APC Missile Barage thing, Annihilator Stealth Missile or Avenger extra Vehicle Weapons and so on.
For rappeling I did is :
if (veh.AllowRappel)
ped.Task.RappelFromHelicopter() and it worked. Also only vehicles which allows rappeling will work: maverick, police maverick, buzzard (both attack and normal), Annihilator, Annihilator Stealth.

@Midnight Gamer I would suggest you take a closer look at the 'Navy Seal Unit select code snippet, that I wrote for the 'Army At Sixstars' mod. There you will get an idea of how task.ShooAt works for peds who want to use vehicles typical onboard weapons.
i.e. pedSeal.Task.ShootAt(Game.Player.Character, 99999, CType(3607063905UI, FiringPattern)) <-- this method applies a cast type technique to convert the firing pattern Hash for that particular vehicle weapon, it has worked for both Boats & Planes for me.
Lastly, I don't really use discord, it seems like too much clutter for me & rarely go on there.
Also about your rappeling method, did you apply any parameter command for checking 'HeightAboveGround' distance before initiating the task or not?.
@Midnight Gamer Oh I forgot to mention, if this being done C#, then usually its "ped.Task.FightAgainst()" & the firing patterns would be set apart within the same coded section for that Ped group.
I will try those Task.ShootAt() again. also that rappeling thing, by default its 10.0f for height above ground. and yes i checked before heli let passenger rappel. but need to make heli stationary (which i failed to do) so that ropes dont look weird and rappel doesnt glitch out.

@nj5050 It worked yesterday, but when I was trying to play right now, it's not working. Can you tell me what happened? I am trying to press F4 to open Console but it's not opening console. That's saying something. It's like the ScriptHookV stuff didn't load.
@sonicepicz If you're SHV isn't loading after hitting F4 then could be signs of other issues going on. However there is still a way to determine if mods are loading or not, by locating the SHVDN text log file, which should be found in the game main directory folder next to all other SHDVN files.
Once located, just simply scroll to the very bottom (which clocks your latest game load times) & there you should see which mod came up with errors & the reason for.

@Mo1desu Yes it may, however there maybe some minor conflicts experienced, particulary with the Six star, which you may need to manually reconfigure with proper values based on your resolution screen size.
Nonetheless my other complementary Mod called "AirForce Intercept When Wanted w/ SixStar Support", should work with RDE without issue.

@Mo1desu The Ultimate Version is heavily reliant on user added dlc peds & vehicle add-ons, so if you were able to get the Basic 2.3 to run, than its also highly likely the same can be done on the Ultimate edition.
You'll just have to be precise with getting & configuring all the vehicles & peds that are script preset written to spawn, otherwise you could easily replace these peds/vehicles with your own models & still get the mod to run as it should.

the mod isnt working for some reason ive installed everything correctly i believe (placed army v2 in my scripts folder) and have all the requirements.
@Pumpum2 Before I comment on your situation, scroll through the other comments up above & see if you're issue is related & already answered.
Anyways, remembering that there should only be one or the other Army folder in the scripts & not two Army folders is the first step.
