There is reason why rockstar games are age limited to 18 and anyone who is old enough should be able to handle it despite of incels. And if you can't mentally handle something like Cowgirl position and Sex without going full turkey and defence mode you shouldn't be playing this type of games either until you're mentally old enagh to capable handle them.
