@MajorBurns99 You need to have RDE installed also and if you want you can revert to the game version that this mod-pack was created. That would help with the crashes. Also there are extra slots you just need to check the read me file included. In addition you will need RAGE plugin hook for the console so you'll be able to spawn the vehicles with their name ex. police2 or download an addon-spawner trainer.
Can anyone help me, because I keep crashing after 10-20 minutes after I've loaded and played LSPDFR with this beautiful mod. My set up is : the latest version of GTA steam version, NVR latest version , RPH also latest version and some plugins but when I try it without this mod it does not crash. What can I do?

No because some files that you need to place are RDE's folders. Just Install it with the minimum options and you'll be fine.
