@TheTermintator12 Yeah I think I ran into a similar issue while trying to make this mod. I actually still don't know how to increase the number of peds in cars.

@ALEXSYS Yeah I'll consider a tutorial soon. Meanwhile if you want them to appear throughout the city, use my Martial Law mod.

By any chance would you consider making the armed version of the army insurgent? (insurgent pickup)

@NV3S Cheers man. The soldiers in Military Response, both male and female, do have different faces and variations. I recommend trying it if you haven't and you're interested.
