The installation instructions are partially wrong. The files should either go in:
mods\update\64\dlcpacks\patchday8ng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\weapons.rpf or mods\update\64\dlcpacks\patchday10ng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\weapons.rpf
I'll link another manual reload mod when one exists

You can't put any more weapons into patchday8?
@BlueRedBlueCSG Outside of the military and maybe Merryweather, no one would use tracer rounds during shootouts IRL because they reveal their position. Gangs and police don't use them for that reason.
